Held at Outlook Regional Park, Saskatchewan (Only 1 hour from Saskatoon! )

This is that moment.

We are inviting you into a deeply immersive, nature-rooted experience where healing isn’t forced… it’s remembered.

Medicine of the Land is a 2-night retreat held on sacred land at Outlook Regional Park - the very land that helped me come home to myself. You will receive deep grounding medicine that supports nervous system regulation through nature itself.

And now, it’s here for you.

You won’t just be staying in nature…

You will be merging with it.

Sleeping in tents under the open sky becomes part of the medicine - a return to simplicity, to earth, to rhythm…

Here, your nervous system begins to settle.

Out of survival mode. Out of overstimulation. Out of holding everything together.

And back into safety, regulation, slowness, and presence.

The air feels different.

Your breath deepens.

Your body starts to feel safe enough to soften again.

This is where real reconnection begins.

Over these three days, you will be guided through:

Forest Bathing & Earth Connection

Medicine Walk + Smudge Stick Creation

Earth & River Connection

Group Energy Healing with Nature (nervous system calming + release)

Violet Light Meditation & Sound Bath (deep nervous system reset)

Tao Calligraphy Energetic transmission through sacred writing

Ancestral Reflection Journey

Closing Ceremony

Supper, coffee, tea and light snacks will be provided

What You Need To Bring:

Please bring your own breakfasts/lunches & some snacks.

Bring your own tent/camper plus camping gear.

- We have bbq’s if need be!

- And the axe! We will be having community fires. (You’re just sleeping in your site.)

- Bathrooms right next to our group site’s!

- Hot showers!

- We will help with setting up tents if you need help.
