SUNDAY opening circle, supper & fire w/ @lunayoga.healing Julene Allende grew up in Cancun where she was able to connect with nature and multiple healing modalities. From angel therapy and card readings to reiki to meditation and different styles of yoga, she’s gathered many tools that encourage her from within to share the wellbeing they’ve brought to her
MONDAY yoga, mediation workshop & life coaching (myself) afternoon/evening massages w/ @laci_chowen RMT she IS amazing! We also start our book retreat with the book Culpability everyone who attends Monday & Tuesday will receive the book!
TUESDAY yoga(myself) & yoga workshop w/ @homeyoga.northvan Cecily Elmas Yoga Teacher she believes in sharing the Medicine of Yoga her mission is to go deep, fly high and report back. We will continue book retreat afternoon & evening with a boho picnic.
WEDNESDAY pottery workshop with the talented Kyla Lewis; Prairie Angel Bakery lunch, pamper afternoon with the lovely ladies @marieinstylesalon Followed by Pizza & Movie Night - Bucket List & make your own bucket list.
THURSDAY sup/kayak & picnic lunch, afternoon cut your own bouquet workshop with another local talented lady from Battle Heights Greenhouse. Ending our evening with a candlelight sound bowl bath w/Kathrine Dempsey @amethyst.therapies she is an Advanced Tao Healing Hands Practitioner Kuan Yin Lineage Holder Reiki Master, Qigong Practitioner, Crystal Singing Bowl Sound and Mantra Practitioner. Tao Soul Healing Teacher with Tao Academy. Katherine will also be available for private sessions.
